Great news Ladies:

Bowling Green Fitness began in 2003 taking over Cory Everson’s, Ladies Workout Express, FIT in Minutes & Gold's Gym  making each profitable with our winning sales team and  Fitness friendly staff.  For 2008 we are moving to 1056 Lovers being the former location of the YMCA

Originally built as "the Racquetball Club" the site boasts over 15,000 square feet of muscle mania with many amenities including: Racquetball, Sauna, Whirlpool, Tanning and new Cardio equipment.

2008 Lifestyle changes is what this years theme is all about says Carol and Angela: Ladies keep fitness a priority for 2008 which includes diet, exercise and lifestyle.........
